Negative Self Talk

One of the things that is so frustrating about the human brain is how often it cranks out negative self-talk, no matter how smart, capable, or successful we are.  In this solo episode of The Driven Woman Podcast, I spill the tea on how the brain actually works, why there is nothing wrong with you just because you have negative thoughts about yourself (spoiler alert, just about everyone does….) but how simple it actually is to change them and think better thoughts.  I even share some of the exact tools and techniques I share with my private coaching clients.
